General Resin Dissolving Medium
Polyurethane/Acrylic Resin: Ethyl acetate (boiling point 77℃) has a high solubility efficiency for polyurethane resin, significantly improving the fluidity of the coating and shortening the drying time; when combined with butyl acetate (boiling point 126℃), it can balance the evaporation gradient and prevent the paint film from cracking.
Special coating application enhancement
Wood coatings / Metal coatings: Ethyl acetate dissolves nitrocellulose to form a high-gloss paint film, with a 20% increase in gloss; n-butyl acetate is used in automotive topcoats to prevent "orange peel" patterns during spraying.
Corrosion-resistant industrial coatings: Ethyl acetate has strong solubility for chlorinated rubber and vinyl resins, suitable for corrosion protection coatings for ships, storage tanks, etc., with a 30% improvement in salt spray resistance.
